(Chinook) As previously reported by New Media Broadcasters, The Friends of the Pool and Park Foundation in Chinook were the recipients of a match donation pledge of 100 thousand dollars from the Schellin Family.

The Foundation announced Wednesday that they not only met the 100 thousand dollar match goal, but in fact the amount raised went beyond that amount resulting in a 332 thousand dollar donation total when it was all said and done.

The Pool and Park Foundation of Chinook has a goal of raising 3.2 million dollars to refurbish and renovate the Chinook Community Pool and Sweet Park.
